Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This policy is designed to comply with Shopify Payments and PayPal requirements and to reduce unauthorized chargebacks and disputes.


14-Day Exchange Request Window

Customers have 14 days from confirmed delivery to submit an exchange request. Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed.


Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items (Important)

Most items sold on AttriceHunt.com are handmade and/or one-of-a-kind.

  • All handmade and one-of-a-kind items are final sale

  • Exchange requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

  • Refunds are not issued for handmade or one-of-a-kind items

  • Minor variations in color, texture, size, and pattern are inherent characteristics of handmade items and do not constitute defects

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.


Exchange Review Criteria

To be considered for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags included

  • Proof of purchase provided

  • Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of AttriceHunt.com and is subject to inventory availability. If the original item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative item may be offered. No cash or card refunds will be issued.


Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed damage or fulfillment error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • AttriceHunt.com is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Photo documentation is required

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied

  • Approved claims will result in an exchange or replacement at our discretion


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Handmade and one-of-a-kind items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges

Approved refunds (where legally required) are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after inspection

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds


Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for items delivered as described constitute policy abuse

  • We provide order confirmations, delivery confirmation, tracking data, and policy acceptance records to payment processors

  • Disputes filed in violation of this policy may result in denial of future purchases

This policy is enforced in alignment with AttriceHunt.com, "Shopify Payments", "shopify payment processor" and entity AttriceHunt.com company", "PayPal", online payment platform" dispute resolution requirements.
